Great video! Might I add: find yourself a GENEROUS partner, especially with his efforts, his care towards you, someone who actually listens to you, and focuses on your safety. There are some stable and/or rich men out there who are the stingiest, most nonchalant, careless, and rude people you will ever meet. I know girls whose men won't even walk them to the bus stop at night, or go with them to a doctor's appointment. They have to beg them for a single rose for years... or a whole decade. Meanwhile, one of my guyfriends from uni crossed towns at 2 a.m. by Uber, more than 12 km, to accompany his girl in the hospital because she was having a panic attack. I know it sounds like the bare minimum, and it is, but in a world where it has been normalized that we get treated like garbage, it's necessary emphasize these acts of care.

Girl I don’t know what I was thinking.🙄🤷🏽♀️ I’ve always been medium build, hips and butt, who never gain the weight. We just need to be comfortable with ourselves, eat right, exercise and just take care of ourselves, mentally as well as physically .🙏🏽❤️🤗physically. Have a blessed day.

I totally agree putting other people's needs over mine and thats why I have been single for past 3 years so I can accomplish my goal because I spent most of my 20s being stagnant while helping my partners grow. I agree when I look at my high school me I am like girl you was banging and I was so self conscious and now im working to get back to that. I am working on getting debt free myself.

I have always been petite and now since having breast cancer and now survivor I've gained some weight. When I reflect on my 20s,30s and the last few months of my 40s, I am not as hard on myself because, I've kept myself together. I could've easily let things ruin my confidence but, God. Sometimes you just need to get dolled up to go nowhere and sit and be pretty😁🥰.
