Cheesecake Recipe with Only Yogurt! No Labneh, No Cream, No Gelatin!

  • After making this cheesecake made only with yogurt, you will never make a regular cheesecake again! A cheesecake recipe made only with yogurt! No cream, no gelatin!
    You can make different variations of this recipe that you can prepare with very few ingredients.
    Required Ingredients:
    For the base;
    *1.5 packages of biscuits
    *50 gr butter
    For the cream;
    *500 gr strained yogurt
    *50 gr cornstarch
    *3 egg whites
    *200 gr sugar
    For the top layer;
    *Biscuit Cream
    *Whipped cream
    *Crepe crisp
    Preparation:
    For the bottom base, biscuits are put through a food processor, mixed with melted butter and spread on the bottom of the mold.
    For the cream, strained yogurt and starch are mixed.
    Beat the egg whites in a separate bowl. Sugar is added slowly and the beating is continued.
    Finally, beat with the yogurt mixture and pour over the biscuit base.
    Bake at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
    You can put any sauce you want on it, I melted the biscuit cream in a bain-marie and poured it. I also put crepe crisps on the edges.
