  • Gobi manchuri is a indian twist to a Chinese delicacy. In this video we’re making absolute restaurant style indo - Chinese crispy and dry gobi( cauliflower) manchuri.
    INGREDIENTS;
    500gm gobi
    4-5 cups of water
    1tsp salt
    1/2 tsp red chilli powder
    1/4tsp salt
    1-2tbsp cauliflower
    1/2 cup all purpose flour ( maida)
    1/2 cup cornflour
    1/4tsp black pepper powder
    1/4tsp salt
    1/4 cup water
    Oil for deep fry
    FOR SLURRY - 1tsp cornflour + 3/4 cup water
    2-3 tbsp oil
    3tbsp finely chopped garlic
    1tbsp finely chopped ginger
    1 finely chopped onion
    1 finely chopped green chilli
    1tbsp spring onion green
    2tbsp tomato sauce
    1tbsp soya sauce
    1tbsp red chilli sauce
    1/2 tsp vinegar
    1/4 tsp salt ( salt to taste )
    1/2 cup water
    1tbsp each spring onion green + coriander for garnishing
