My mom picked up several pieces of scrap wood for me and I have an 8 ft long piece of 8"-10" wide wood siding that I can cut up for projects as soon as I learn how to use my oscillating tool, so I'm watching all of the scrap wood videos that I can and your ideas are AMAZING!

I love the planter. I watched Sammie doing the salt wash. I haven’t tried it yet but I plan on doing it.
Everything you did was cute! I’m a rooster fan so I love the roosters. I just got the same IOD stamp. I have 2-3 of them and plan on trying then this week. I got a few molds from IOD and other places. I plan on trying them also.
You did a great job Kendra! I hear you talking about your hands. I have CIDP which is a rare disease that damages the nerves in your hands, legs and arms. My hands hurt alot as well, so I can relate. Your hands and nails look beautiful though. I end up covered in paint! 😂😂

You have inspired me to actually buy the neat stamps I find at my local thrift store and give them a go. I love the vintage look of the lock and key piece. It reminds me of a junk journal and I'm going to venture into making them. 😁

What is salt wash?
It’s an additive for paints to help create texture. It designed specifically for this purpose, so it works amazing!
If you want the strawberries to be colored on the little house, I saw someone stamp then paint inside the stamp and then let it dry and stamp over it again...I thought that was genius! I
My cousin, who was here crafting with me that day, and I discussed using a watered down paint for a water color effect.
I was loving that stamp… but I might give it a go sometime!
