I think in many European countries, they dont understand the word " Enquiry Counter"! They say "Tourist information office". I am living in Europe already some years. Many times they do not understand our Indianised English.
As you said, "Hindiized English", this is not English. Even if you speak Hindi, which is your native language, it will sound more like English. You should fix your accent. It is not possible to understand the English you speak.
Bus wala problem hum bhi face kiya Goreme me. Bus toh miss ho gaya tha. But Goreme se Nevsehir bus terminus me gaye, waha ek booking office wale ne help kiya. Next bus to Fethiye next day evening me tha. Waha bola Antalya jane ko, fir aur ek bus se Fethiye.

Keep changing your questions. show them the pictures of your destination obtained from the net. use your hands and body language to make them feel at ease. Sorry. Somehow my experience was super bad with turkey, the scammer everywhere kept me in my toes and the uberdrivers are nothing less than abusive recist , at least most of them, some of them are pretty normal, but its like you have to be really lucky to get such people.

107: Allaahumma Rabbas-samaawaatis-sab'i wa Rabbal-'Arshil-'Adheem, Rabbanaa wa Rabba kulli shay 'in, faaliqal-habbi wannawaa , wa munzilat-Tawraati wal-'Injeeli, wal-Furqaani, 'a'oothu bika min sharri kulli shay 'in 'Anta 'aakhithun binaasiyatihi. Allaahumma 'Antal-'Awwalu falaysa qablaka shay'un, wa 'Antal-'Aakhiru falaysa ba'daka shay'un, wa 'Antadh-Dhaahiru falaysa fawqaka shay'un, wa 'Antal-Baatinu falaysa doonaka shay'un, iqdhi 'annad-dayna wa 'aghninaa minal-faqri.
