Hello ! When using Sr flip flop in a function, can we use a temporary variable to keep the previous state (memory tag above the symbol)? With me it does not work. I had to use an FB and a static tag. Thank you in advance.

No, that's why it's called temporary. Temporary variables return to their default value after each cycle

hi, first of all, thank you for the videos..very helpful.
I have a problem with a SR block. It does not stay SET. It is on if the PB stay pushed, but if it is release than go off. The output(variable) that should be set is not set at all. If i change the output with another variable output it is ok but with this.. i can get it..?! HELP :)

Is your SR tag temporary variable? The SR tag has to be located in a DB (static area for FB) or in the bit memory area. Otherwise, the SR value will be lost after each PLC cycle.
