It’s is negligent when the attorney tells you “this is the part where people disappear” and now that I found the emails and put it together it’s fraud by using outside laptop 💻 divulging my information with many employees and liaison to dangerous organization and persons that in itself is bad business
@estherrayos, I am very sorry to learn of your situation. I sincerely hope you are able to resolve what has happened to your satisfaction. All the best to you!
My tenant says I misrepresented my rental home and he is suing me, my realestate agent and his realestate agent. He says both agents said the home was move in ready and "pristine". When he moved in he claims the home was not cleaned to his liking, and a light bulb in bathroom needed to be replaced. Is cleaning and light bulb considered misrepresentation of rental home? The home is fairly new with only 4 years old and built with fully upgraded material from the builder... Does he have a leg to stand on when it comes to cleaning and a light bulb?
Hi Jan Joy, We're not allowed to answer any questions we receive here. Your situation is unique to the details, legal documentation, parties, state, and details involved. You'll need to speak to the bar association in your state so that you can find an attorney that handles real estate litigation. Thank you for watching and for your questions. Best of luck to you!
Hi Simple Life Info, Good question and one that would have be answered by an attorney in your state who receives all the details of the case. Every legal dispute is unique and there's extensive information that would have to be provided. Even then, the case progresses based on the parties involved. Thank you for watching and for your question.
wow! my cousin had been missrepresented by his agent. His realtor created fraudulent home insurance and gave it to the client to close the transaction and the house burned down the next day.
Hi Thushan Mahendran, That's terrible and may be something your cousin could speak to an attorney about in the state where this occurred. Thank you for sharing your comment and for watching the video.

The Barnes firm did exactly that and now I have stalking to add to that list
