One of te best starts in the game is big bull + ranger with shield, you should be using that imo if you got cardulo in the deck already! :) have a look at how web3 gaming uses this mud build, hes currently ranked top 5 in the world
I hold down the right mouse button to pan, while pressing w to move the camera forward and move the mouse to the side to rotate the camera as it moves forward, hope that helps.
