Is Posting Daily to Instagram Worth it?

Today we're going to be deep diving into some of my posting experiments over the last year, and talk about some answers to this very common question; is posting daily to Instagram worth it?
Posting daily can have a lot of positives, but there's a lot more to it than just being consistent, so in this video we'll compare the results of my 3-5 posts per week schedule to my daily reels schedule.

I know the feeling! It can be so difficult to start, sometimes when I have a lot of backlog I just like to 'set & forget' through an Instagram scheduler. That takes the pressure of me posting so much 😅

Thanks for sharing. I love your channel. Thanks for sharing. I love your channel. I use to post daily and there was results. I just can't keep it with it. I've started taking a step back from IG because the platform seem to want you to post DAILY. Redirect focus to YT. :)

To me, when I upload more than two reels, one of them seems to lose reach and the other one becomes viral. And sometimes when I upload only one reel a day, that reel seems to have like the best performance ever. It's so confusing.

Thanks for sharing your insight! Yeah it can be really confusing, there’s definitely no clear cut way to do things on Instagram I think. It really is a matter of trial and error! 🙂

It seems like you've posted the same reel style on your IG for a while. Have you considered that the content you are posting on IG might not be what your audience really wants to see and thus the growth isn't what you expected? It seems like 6 months is a great testing period and after that time it could be beneficial to try other content and see if that captures peoples attention more effectively. Just writing down my own thoughts lol. Love your energy, work ethic, and commitment. You are doing what 99% of people aren't willing to do. Keep it up! You are rocking it!

I think this is great advice! And yep, I’ve definitely considered this, it’s all about experimentation for me right now. I’ve started planning my reels a lot more in advance recently so I have more time to really think about better ideas for high value content and not just posting ‘aesthetic reels.’ 😊

Honestly I relate to this, it’s hard! 😭
I usually try and think of as many ideas as possible at the beginning of the month so I don’t get too stuck for ideas daily.
