That appeared to be a rare Row Crop Standard. Basically an adjustable Row Crop setup on the rear and a Standard non-adjustable axle in front with a slightly taller front bolster. They didn't appear in sales literature but they were available. We have them here in Ontario Canada.
It did not have a taller front bolster. And it didn’t even fit properly, the angled bracing from the front axle back didn’t line up as it should. I’m not saying it definitely wasn’t, but it didn’t seem that way.
