He came across totally differently when we only had AlHaitham's perspective to go off of. They show each other very different sides of their personality, a version of themselves that they don't project out to the rest of the world. It's very interesting! They may be fully fleshed out characters in their own rights, but their stories are only complete if you look at them through each others' eyes... man this shit is gay as hell they're so obviously in love 😭
I AGREEE My initial opinion of Alhaitham was not the best (I'm into fan theories and I was into one that suggested Alhaitham was an android who gained sentience) ALL of that went out the window as soon as Kaveh was introduced- suddenly this cold, aloof scribe was FUNNY, sarcastic, playful, secretly caring and all around more complex. The first time we meet with Kaveh in Alhaitham's quest is titled 'Pride and Prejudice" Pride and Prejudice is a famous romance novel, written by Jane Austen, and tells the love story of a very emotional, passionate, idealistic woman (Elizabeth), and a very introverted, socially awkward rich gentleman, who struggles to express his emotions.
That Pride and Prejudice title appeared when we investigated Siraj's secret base and confronted him personally. Siraj's PRIDE in thinking he's more intelligent and knows more about human nature than Al-Haitham, which as a result his overcompetence overlooked the flaws in his research and led him to his downfall. Moreover, Siraj's PREJUDICE against individuals as a "mediocre collective" especially Ilyas. The title "Pride and Prejudice" isn't reserved only for shipping lens. Al-Haitham isn't Darcy-coded and neither Kaveh isn't Elizabeth-coded. But in the end I respect your opinion. I just want to clarify things out.

So it should mean that he tasted from someone else's cup. I would like to add another point, in the (Akademiya Extravaganza) event when Farouzan, the traveler, and Paimon talk about Kaveh being unconscious during the competition, it seemed that Al-Haytham became annoyed, then when you go to their house, you find Kaveh upset because Al-Haytham scolded him.
There's a theory that Al Haitham and Kaveh are reincarnations of King Deshret and the Goddess of Flowers. Because the sun and eye symbol of Deshret is similar to Alhaitham's eye colour and his outfit designs resemble the architectural designs of Deshret's ruins and buildings. And Kaveh's C6 constellation is called Pairidaeza's Dreams. It's referring to The Orchard of Pairidaeza which was created by King Deshret as a cemetery for the Goddess of Flowers. And Deshret loved her. Also, their constellations are birds that show homosexual behaviours.
I would also like to add that Kaveh embodies the true meaning of wisdom ( at least according to Nahida ), both him ans the GoF are so selfless that they would willingly help others even if it costs their lives

He was tacked on with that title bc of his relationship with Hadrian, (and people today need to put a name to literally everything.) i have a hypothesis that Kaveh is based off the greek philosophy Epicureanism. Since we all know Alhaitham takes on/represents Stoicism (seeking happiness through peace and duty, simple life, not being overly happy or upset at anything) we can presume that since Kaveh is Haitham's mirror image, he would be based on the opposing philosophy. Epicureanism and Stoicism are the philosophies that began to take hold when two schools opened up, that taught these values. We can presume Alhaitham's 'stoic school' was his Grandmother, and Kaveh's school was his parents. Epicureanism is the philosophy that ALSO seeks happiness, just like Stoicism. However the way they seek out this happiness is different. Alhaitham seeks it out through duty and peace, leading a simple life as the scribe despite being very capable. Kaveh seeks out happiness through in-the-moment pleasures, like drinking, eating, spending time with close friends and achieving his goals. Stoicism and Epicureanism are similar in goal (just like hkvh) but take different approaches in achieving that goal, which can lead to disputes. Just like HKVH, Stoicism and Epicureanism tended to clash, not seeing eye-to-eye despite having the same goal. This seems to relate very closely to Haikaveh, both of them strive to achieve happiness, yet their difference in perspective both widens their own POV and also leads to disputes between them. Since we all know Alhaitham takes on/represents Stoicism (seeking happiness through peace and duty, simple life, not being overly happy or upset at anything) we can presume that since Kaveh is Haitham's mirror image, he would be based on the opposing philosophy.
Epicureanism and Stoicism are the philosophies that began to take hold when two schools opened up, that taught these values. We can presume Alhaitham's 'stoic school' was his Grandmother, and Kaveh's school was his parents. Epicureanism is the philosophy that ALSO seeks happiness, just like Stoicism. However the way they seek out this happiness is different. Alhaitham seeks it out through duty and peace, leading a simple life as the scribe despite being very capable. Kaveh seeks out happiness through in-the-moment pleasures, like drinking, eating, spending time with close friends and achieving his goals. Stoicism and Epicureanism are similar in goal (just like hkvh) but take different approaches in achieving that goal, which can lead to disputes.
Just like HKVH, Stoicism and Epicureanism tended to clash, not seeing eye-to-eye despite having the same goal. This seems to relate very closely to Haikaveh, both of them strive to achieve happiness, yet their difference in perspective both widens their own POV and also leads to disputes between them.

The most powerful archetype that represents the world. As well as both hemispheres of the human brain- rational and emotional, language and art/intuition. I concentrate on that 'mirror' in my fanfic. Don't get me wrong. It is still hot, spicy, funny, sad. But I even got that Paradise one right 😅 As I said Kaveh is the snake and Alhaitham the tree of knowledge....Even I didn't know about C6 Kaveh. This is a Power duo like no other. Hoyoverse did a great job!
