You cant really compare BIGBANG to any boygroup. They are timeless. Their songs are timeless. Upbeat to slow songs to just chillin songs, anyone can sing along to it. @@kfcchicken496 Different opinions. For me BIGBANG will always be the kings not because they are the most popular/famous, the perfect ones or the most talented or the most beautiful idols. It's because they changed so many things and made K-pop so much better. Rappers at their time were untalented people who couldn't sing and members songwriters in k-groups was like a tabu. EDM songs were trash and ballad songs were the most listened songs in Sokor, hip hop was not a so popular thing in their country. It makes me proud to know that they went from "The Group with Ugly Members" to "K-Pop Legends/Kings". Bigbang became idols of 3rd and 4th gen idols.
Also please don't go around mentioning BTS in BIGBANG videos, it's not that I hate BTS or something but I don't really want any vip involved in an argument or fanwar...

Please do not forget that Big Bang has been around for almost 10 years. This song's style is reminiscent of Sunset Glow (2008) and the video was similar to the one they did for Always (2007). So contrary to what a lot of people are saying, this song is classic Big Bang and I am so happy to see the fun and cheerful Big Bang again. I believe now all of them are financially stable without doing anything. They now are pursuing their own dreams: TOP is a chair and art collector, GD is an artist in different fields (fashion, art, etc.), TaeYang is building a happy family, DaeSung is a lego collector and drum player and Seungri, even though a lot of hardships happened to him, I believe after the military service and all the struggles are over, he will continue his business path.
The Kpop music industry now is too different. They require their idols to be perfect, to be pure, to be high IQ with pristine backgrounds. Nobody is perfect, and I believe my men aren't either. But I love their imperfections, so much. From young boys to matured men at the age of 40s, they might have been through a lot of criticisms as being not perfect enough. That is why I do not want them to release new albums when they are not ready, when there are many people who are waiting for them just to criticise them.
Whenever they have motivation again, whenever they feel like making music is just to have fun, just to quench their love and passion for music, I will be there.
As a VIP for 13 years and continue to be till the end of my life, I am happy as long as they are happy. I listen to their music when my mood is down, I listen to their music when I need encouragement, I listen to their music when I miss them too. I am sure a lot of other VIPs will feel the same way as I feel, so don't be upset when you haven't heard about them as much as before. No news is good news. The flower road is still there, we will go together to the end of the road no matter what happens :D

Yeah, I agree with you... I am a new VIP since 2019... Back when I was high school I only knew the song of GD, Who You (first kpop song I completely memorized the lyrics) and I also saw some of their MVs like Bad boy & Monster they had me LSS but I dont like their bad aura back then at my young age since I've been interested in colorful kpop mv... So, I never stan any group back then and also because I am focused with my Engineering course on MADE era... Then last 2019 I got curious on the trending news that "Seungri of Bigbang left the group", but it never discouraged me to listen to their music until I watched their MAMA performances which hooked me more to them... And I also watched their documentaries, variety shows, concerts here in yt(even repeatedly), even reactions about them... After I discovered their ups and downs on this industry, it made me realized they are much more amazing than there controversies (which I think some are just witch-hunted because of their popularity) .... I was amazed on their brotherhood, their artistry, their humour and they never tried too much to impress anybody, to be perfect and to please the standard of the audience... They're just doing their passion and thinking on how to innovate just to make VIPs happy... So I think respecting their personal happiness is the greatest pay back for their hard work... Coz Just like us, they're just living for their dreams and passion.... yes they earned a lot money but their happiness was been sacrificed also.... Even I miss them a lot and I got angry everytime someone would say that they will not comeback or be famous anymore, I would still wait on this flower road... Comeback when you are ready.... Im also contented on what theyre doing right now, being youtuber, online seller, weather man, art exhibitor & military trainee... As long as they are healthy, I'll be ok.... Their old musics are just timeless that would still be fresh on my ear no matter how many times I played it...
