Hey Sam your thruster motor is fine it will be a solenoid thats what makes the motor change direction there will be 2 solenoid they have the small wires hold them when Sue operates them one will click and one won't there is your problem loosen wiggle and wd40 the connections then re tighten and give the solenoid a small tap with a hammer whilst operating
Must be my dad’s hammer. Used to fix everything with a tap.

Sikaflex make a specialised marine silicane sealant, you can get it at Bunnings. The roof & gutter sealant won't work very well where you have applied it.

The piece on the scooter had me intrigued, the details on the issue were a little sketchy, is it a punture or just a tyre that needs
some air pumped into it? The pump you had is OK but the connecting bit is useles, you need a fitting the same as a car valve to pump
up the scooter tyre, get one of those, fiited to your pump, jobs done! A puncture is another story! Stay Safe.

Everyone around 50 Y.Old should get checked for bowel cancer too ....... I had colonoscopy three times now , they removed a cancer polyp . Looks like the tube valve has dislodged and the tube is worn to cause a leak .
Looks like the scooter valve has popped in under the cover. You might have to unscrew the cover. If you need to take tyre off, taking the tyre off can be hard due to its size.

The bow thruster area looks damp, it's probably rusty connectors. Try drying that area and opening hatch on warm days and keeping contact sprayed with wd40 or similar.

They probably put the same Roof and Gutter sealant into tubes marked as Glass, Aluminium, Fibreglass etc ...badge engineering.

Sir ,I would not be surprised if it the controller that operates the bow thruster that is playing up , if you can open it up and check the toggle control and the contacts inside the controller if you can open it up ? And give it a clean its probably worn out ? , the thruster is working, that tells me it’s the toggle . After Sues explained how it was working one way and not the other , 😊loving the clips take care .
Corrosion in the main terminal plug for it from the salt water pull the plug off and spray with contact cleaner clean any green shit off the male side and inside the female plug.
Poor contact on 1 of the terminals with the big nuts on it on the reverse solenoid now i screen shot it to look properly .
Sikaflex is good it'll seal it but cut ad much old sealant away as you can
