Laptop bag is allowed in this flight and as a women can I take my purse with me? Both laptop and my hand bag
You wanna take with you or check in your cabin bag it's totally optional
Make sure if you wanna to check in your bag please don't put any important documents in it.
Because sometime bags would be miss.
In British airways you can carry your cabin bag and laptop bag both of with you they never weight your laptop bag.
You can also carry your purse no issues .

A. Going from Dublin to Delhi - baggage collect and security check again at terminal 2. Do you think 3 hours will be enough for it?
B. You mentioned you didn't need a transit visa. Did they ask you about it at London?

A. It’s totally up to you but I think you need to do everything quickly
B. At London airport you don’t need transit visa if you have Canada visa and you layover is less then 10 hours

Its upto you If able to handle all these issues which I mentioned in video then go with British
Otherwise air Canada and Air India is best option
what about Dublin?
No need any transit visa for Dublin if you have Canada visa
