A couple of questions. Your lawn is quite large so did the 2 batteries suffice? If so was there any charge left in the 2nd battery. Also, I have a sloping lawn. Is this push mower or self propelled? If it's a push mower how heavy is it? Thanks.
Hi, Yes I need both batteries to cut my lawn at 500 sqm, each battery will cut around 250m sqm but if I let the grass grows too long (like first cut of the season) it just falls short and I have to recharge to finish. Remember the G40LM41K2XF model has a fast charger at just 30 minutes. The weight is around 20kg with the battery another 0.8kg. Hope this helps. easylawnmowing.co.uk/greenworks-g40lm41k2x-review-41cm/
Struggling to pick a decent mower, I have watched all your videos they are so helpful and your website, thank you for all the effort you put in, I keep going between the greenworks 41cm but they only come with 2ah, cobra, lawnmaster and the works, hyundai batteries too small too. Just after good cutting power decent battery life without spending £650
Hi, mulching does not work well on long grass unfortunately. Lean more about mulching and the The Benefits of Mulching Lawn Mowers - Complete Guide here easylawnmowing.co.uk/the-benefits-of-mulching-grass/
I see the 41cm doesn’t come with a roller, quite annoying when you’re looking for stripes I can’t find any information of the 46cm, whether it comes with a roller or not?
Hi, as far as I am aware none of the Greenworks mowers come with a rear roller. Have you considered a LawnMaster model which is very similar to the Greenworks? It does come with a rear roller, link below with discount code too - easylawnmowing.co.uk/lawnmaster-41cm-cordless-lawn-mower-review/ Thanks Mark
Hi, you need to press the grey button on the battery and battery should spring out towards you and can then be removed from the mower. Hope this helps Mark
Two great cordless mowers, but I like the fact that the Greenworks comes with the mulching plug supplied. Trying to get a plug for the Murray is very difficult. Are you planning on power sharing the battery with other tools? thanks Mark
Hi yes 15-20 mins would be about right, but this would depend on the condition of the lawn. You will get around 250m² in size per battery on a full charge. 500m² for 2 x 2.0Ah batteries. My full review with more information is here easylawnmowing.co.uk/greenworks-g40lm41k2x-review-41cm/
Watching your clear and thorough video has been very helpful. Thank you! Just putting ours together and looking forward to test driving it!
Glad it was helpful!
I just ordered my new GreenWorks from Amazon during Prime sale. Thanks for for review and video. I am really excited about using my new mower.

Struggling to figure out which is the best the 40v or the 48v :(, could you possible advise me?
Hi, in terms of power there is not much difference between the 40v and 48v, opt for a higher amp hour for longer run times.

You did not show the mulching on the long grass?

@@EasyLawnMowing NO! It will be the only cordless machine I have apart from a DEWALT Cordless drill.
Thanks for getting back to me 👍
Ok so I think the Greenworks would just nudge it for me. Let me know how you get on. Thanks
Does this fold up to put into the shed?
Yes the handles and grass bag fold down for reduced storage.

Unless I missed it there seems to be no mention of battery life, reading elsewhere you only get 15 minutes cut time which is pretty crap…
