    The deck looks very stable when it floats up. How many ITs are there to make this work? Can't imagine that it's just one. Is it 3 in a pyramid arrangement? Do you have to keep track of more than one, haptically?

    • @itsallthingsmagic
      @itsallthingsmagic  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Everything is self-contained but there are 2 ITR units involved in making this work. The program makes everything work with the push of a button. It's incredibly impressive!

    As first I saw the effect i knew that I need it , I've purchased one, I love the haunted deck I own several of them, but this looks extremely perfect, the powerful shooting effect ( long distance) and the floating deck never seen something as incredible as this, it looks real magic and I love it ❤❤❤. It will be always in My close-up suitcase combining it as a routine with the tempo elf from TCC & haunted bell.

  • @DavidFan793
    @DavidFan793 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    This is incredible! One big question for me though; how visible is the IT? Or how far or visible is it to the audience or what would be the distance needed? Even though I know it'll be like most IT work, the bigger distance between your hand and the deck raises some questions. Thanks!

    • @itsallthingsmagic
      @itsallthingsmagic  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi David, well we have some good news for you. The IT being used here is the same stuff that João created for his Gravity Reel. It's stronger than the usual stuff but just as invisible.
      There are a couple of live performances of Leviosa being performed and we just shared one of our favs on our Instagram feed here instagram.com/reel/CuctvNUNUuJ/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==

    What about the Noise? And if it is self contained, we still need to put back the palmed cards in the box for next person to pick a card? right? (for strolling) Thanks in advance!!!!!!

    • @itsallthingsmagic
      @itsallthingsmagic  ปีที่แล้ว

      The noise is surprisingly quiet. João does mention that talking or making a small noise with your mouth *like a whoosh* would help cover the part where the deck floats up to your hand even more. If you choose to do the palmed cards version yes you will need to add them back to the deck before you perform again. We definitely see the advantage though of just performing with a regular deck and switching decks once the spectator has selected and signed the card with your back turned.

  • @wolfmagic7255

    Good review but i fear to perform another ITR system except yigal messika

    • @itsallthingsmagic
      @itsallthingsmagic  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We understand that this might not be for everyone.
      The one big plus with this system is that not only is it self-contained within the deck but the sequence of the haunted deck, and the deck floating to your hand, has been programmed to run by itself. You really just need to place the deck down and pick it up for everything to work.

    I have no experience with the “secret sauce” of this, yet ordered it before I saw this review. Is this item a good way in which to LEARN HOW to become familiar with it?

  • @landonstark4757

    When the I.T. snaps you’ll spend an hour fixing it…You’ll then want to eat a bag of hair when it snaps three performances later.

    • @itsallthingsmagic
      @itsallthingsmagic  ปีที่แล้ว

      The IT doesn't take an hour to fix Landon. We've managed to do it in about 5-10 mins and it's looking more like 5 mins if that the more that we do it. Please make sure you are following the instructions on how to use the unit. João said he's used his for over 500+ performances without any 'breakage' going on.

    • @jimmycphoto
      @jimmycphoto ปีที่แล้ว

      hi, I have leviosa. I enjoy it. but when the thread breaks, the motor will whizz VERY loudly for how small it is because of all tension that is lost and there is no way to silence it in a covert way. this is quite the oversight unfortunately.

  • @majiklll
    @majiklll ปีที่แล้ว

    Good review but you over spoke about adjusting the power of the R***s individually. Not possible. And he makes it clear they can only be adjusted together.

  • @danielroberts2829
    @danielroberts2829 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    What about noise? If there is no background noise, will the spectators hear the motors?

    • @itsallthingsmagic
      @itsallthingsmagic  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The noise is surprisingly quiet. João does mention that talking or making a small noise with your mouth like a whoosh would help cover the part where the deck floats up to your hand even more. If you're in a super super quiet room you might here a little something but it's a very quiet unit that's doing the work here.

    Is it examinable by the audience ?

    • @itsallthingsmagic
      @itsallthingsmagic  ปีที่แล้ว

      The deck is not examinable as everything is built into it.
      We definitely would recommend starting with a normal deck though and then when you're ready to perform Leviosa switch the deck after the spectator picks the card, and you turn away so you can't see the card, so you can get the gimmick into play. That should help to take the heat off of the Leviosa gimmick since you've been using a regular deck for the rest of your performance.
      You could also use something like Cold Case to switch the Leviosa gimmick at the end for a regular deck if you wanted since the switch happens out in the open in the action of placing the deck back into the box.

      @@davidmasarano9178 idiotic nonsense. Any working pro can give an estimate. And certainly the creators.

    • @itsallthingsmagic
      @itsallthingsmagic  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We've been speaking with João and one of his units has been using the same thread for 500+ performances. The thread included is João's own thread that he created to be stronger than the typical stuff but still just as invisible.
      One of the other nice things is that you can adjust the spools to make sure everything is running smoothly to maximize the longevity of your thread. We think you will be pleasantly surprised with just how much usage you get.
      It should also be noted that 'fixing' the thread is a breeze and you are also supplied with an extra full spool of João's thread that normally sells separately for $25. This is the same stuff he used when creating his Gravity Reel.
      We hope this helps!

      The good news is that you don't need more cover.
      João shared a video a little earlier of Julio doing this at a magic convention today wearing a t-shirt and being out in the open. The reaction from the magicians there tell the story 😀

    Just curious how long the charge will last for performances..... I understand that probably will depend on how many times its used.... Does it by chance have a standby mode ?
    I'm a senior (70 if that matters) and enjoy performing while at karaoke bars usually between my songs..... I enjoy things that are very visual and that are relatively easy. I'm not good with slights such as "double lifts", Elmsley counts ect as I don't have the coordination / hand dexterity or patience to learn (and I'm fine with that as "A Man has GOT to know his limitations") I'm also not a fan of long drawn out card tricks or tricks that require fan spreads on a table or bar top as strangers at a bar typically aren't interested (especially from a stranger). This checks the boxes for what I like and am looking for.
    I'm a BIG fan of "Mental Die" by Tony Anverdi as I can sit at my corner of the bar enjoying my solitude and just play with my die. Usually at some point my playing with it will draw attention and someone will come up to ME asking..... "HEY WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING" and then I go to work saying.... "Let me show ya something". Anyway, sorry for this being so long and drawn out..... thats me in a nutshell and what I like and I think this might could play well with my Mental Die. The cost of this "Leviosa" isn't a concern, but what is a concern for me..... ease for me to master this, number of performances out of a charge, and it being visual (from what I see this covers the "visual" in grand style. Thanks
