You can especially since there's a new anti mech killer a plasma missile launcher. All you have yo do is make sure your in am area where mecha can't get you such as buildings high ground areas stuff like that having a mech is actually a down side since your so big anyone can shoot you its easy to get hit by anti mech stuff

No you can kill a Mecha even as a human. I always do so.
