Garland of tales about the birth of Ling Gesar - part 2

How young Choru was expelled from Ling Kingdom by his jealous uncle Trothung, but thanks to his magical skills and one famous horse race became the King of the Ling and married queen Dugmo. Mayul Lungngön monastery's Ling Gesar cultural center made in Golok Gabde (Eastern Tibet) this extraordinary movie about the youth of Ling Gesar. Its realization was directed by Tulku Humkar Dorje, the most famous teacher of Ling sacred dances (cham) among numerous great lamas and bard singers flourishing the region of Golok Gabde.
