WE ARE STARTING A SERIES, GUYS! Once a month, I am going to choose a HIGH END HOME DECOR STORE and try to recreate items inspired by THAT store. And what better way than to start with ANTHROPOLOGIE! Such an aesthetic store but that price tag, YIKES! In this video, I am going to share with you nine projects that are not only easy but beautifully represent a store I know we all love. I think the Tuccan print turned out so well. Really like the wood bowl hanging planter.
Try painting the bleach on the basket and setting it out in the sun. When it gets to the color you like, wash the bleach off and let dry. That’s how I whiten wood furniture I redo.

I have that same basket that you bleached. I did not lighten it but instead used it to store toilet paper in my bathroom, and it looks great to me. I have it sitting on a wood-sliced stand with black iron legs. The play on wood tones worked for me. I love it. Your idea is great as well. Thank you
Very beautiful and creative thrift diys!! I've been seeing a lot of Home Interiors items being thrifted lately (brass vines), which is great! My mom and her friends had Home Interiors parties all the time. I think it was so they could get together as much as it was to decorate their homes. Great memories!🥰

I light sanded the area and sprayed bleach again to removed the uneven areas.

Amazing as usual! My favorites are the vase transformation and ballet picture, but most of all I love hanging planter and the wire leaf hanging pictures. Wow

The dishes at 4:38.... I have 4 of thise plates... and a mix of others... and recently I said to myself "Stop trying to achieve a particular style and just use things you love!!" And I am so much happier... Looks like ur doing the same. ❤
Whenever I hear people say "you can always find (item) at the thrift store" I smile and shake my head because my local thrifts dont generally have these things that are apparently generally avaliable at others. Same with our dollar trees. There are three Im able to visit and yet there are plenty of items I never see or rarely see. Such as pool noodles. They generally show up for two weeks in the summer then nadda. If they even show up at all. Ceramics are rare at my thrift stores. I dont know if they dont get donated or if they trash them rather than trying to sell. We get some ceramic figures or cookwares but thats about it. We also dont get much in the way of fake pants either. About the only things we are always have is glassware, mugs, clothes, linen, and baskets. Lots and lots of overpriced wicker baskets.

Comes down to the luck of the thrift shop as far as what is found to upcycle. But since you found cool things your ideas came out great. Think I would have braided the jute for the hanging planter. Even if it didn't need the stronger support it would have looked more substantial. Might just be a preference thing.

Hi Sharon! Yes, the inside of the bust was hollow so it allowed for it to just be pulled through!
