People try all sorts of hustles all the time. There are a LOT of people. Most don’t work out, we hear about those that do work out. It’s not meant to be a downer but you really need to keep trying and try a lot of different things

Yeah, there has to be a lot of cognitive bias affecting their videos. It is ultimately in their interest to uncover a scam. Nobody is watching a video titled "I thought it was a scam, but after 20 hours of research I discovered it was a legitimate business"

A friend of mine paid $50,000 to sponsor (celebs not influencers) & gained 250k followers, honestly, with proper media buying I’ve gained waaaaay more on waaaaay less of a budget. Just depends on your exp/connections in the industry, if you have none I could see why this is a viable option

Awesome video. I tested one of those giveaways with an account a while back. One thing to watch out for… even if the followers are real, they likely won’t engage with your content. Ig knows they just followed you for the giveaway. I don’t recommend partaking in them at all. Completely destroyed the engagement % of the page I tested it on. Even though 10s of thousands of followers were gained, reach barely went up. Also, tons of followers dropped off after the giveaway was over.

Ads are not sponsors. They don’t choose them and they get paid based off viewership of non YT premium users. Sponsors make them way more money than Adsense revenue. Just skip it not that big of a deal
