Can ChatGPT 4o do data analysis?

ChatGPT 4o is supposed to have much more powerful data analysis capabilities. But do they work any better than previous iterations?
Check out my attempts to remake a chart from UK polling company ‪@moreincommon2062‬. Along the way I ask ChatGPT (from ‪@OpenAI‬ ) to: transcribe the data, describe the chart, explain the chart's story, redraw the chart. How well do I do?
