- Make a Aeroplane Using Ice-cream Sticks
in this video I make a miniature scale model of Piper M600 using ice-cream sticks.

1) Popsicle sticks
2) toothpicks
3) balsa Wood for prop spinner
4) PVC Foam sheet for stand
5) Paper Clip
6) glue ( Fevicol, super glue )
7) spray paint, acrylic paint

Very nice work! I’m surprised at how strong the CA glue joints are, especially the edge-glued wing blank.
Would making the wing with 4 sticks, 2 edge bonded and second layer perpendicular aligned underneath as second layer strengthen it?

Nice, few suggestios, use a filler before painting. Sand and prime. Then add coat of paint. You will get a more smooth surface and look. As it is now the paint is looks bubbled. We know it took hours, but these extra steps would have made this a home run for a DIY wooden model. - Great video and great wood work!

Wow. that is so much how I would NOT do this! First, glue all the sticks together first, place in vise to compress and let dry. Next, use spray mount to stick the drawings to the block of wood, them cut the block out ONE TIME with a band saw, then do final shaping with the Dremel.
