@@lcldiy6044you can have two audio tracks on your videos on TH-cam. The likes of Mr. Beast do it too, they upload same video on a single channel in multiple audio/languages.
Its too bad youtube does not support multiple switchable audiotracks, then we could all have it the way each wants... But I do agree, rather have the original spoken voice in chinese and then subtitle it in english for those who dont understand chinese.
Wow, as a CRT collector this was the best thing Ive seen in a long time. I love how you can just walk out like that and buy a tiny vintage Sony crt, lucky you!
I just love 90's arcade machines and CRT is one huge reason of it as the responsiveness, motion clarity and how pixel graphics look on arcade monitors just cannot be fully replicated with other display technologies. This is the first time I've seen anybody replicating the whole arcade experience with in miniature form with NO compromises.
Splendid work ! Mini arcade done right 👌🏻 Squeezing mini CRTs in such a small cabinet is not an easy task given how long they are, so this makes your work even more remarquable 🎖
That's awesome. Custom arcades should be made with proper CRTs. Many people who make custom arcades with emulation pc and some frontend just plap a 5 by 4 lcd in there and don't even bother with any scanline and crt-like filters. So everything looks blurred up and ugly, and young people who see that are like: "this looks ugly, how did you play this back in the day". I have a spare 9" BVM lying around, maybe I'll try to convert it to mini arcade someday like you did.
Nice, I made many configurations of Jamma style bartops in the last 35 years, I might have made that monitor rotatable for vertical shooters, nice job :)
Wow, I really love your work. I would love to have one but have only player 1 buttons because I think I would not enjoy two players on such a small device. I have two mini arcades (M.A.M.E., SNK Mini) and they are too small for me to enjoy two players. This is superb engineering on your part. You created something most people think is not possible.
I love this build so much! I've been thinking to make one for a very long time, I still couldn't do it due to my limited knowledge in electronics and circuits. A question though why it's not a little bigger so it can actually be played with two people even for fun, or does it have a wireless controller input?
I applaud this project and it's dedication to original standards. It was somewhat light on how you converted the HDMI output on your board to the analogue RGB input on the Sony display, as well as where all the contoller and power boards which must have been included to run the CRT - amazed it all fitted really. I know you can severely scale down the size of older analogue power supplies, but would have been nice to know if and how you did it. Also how much did you pay for the thrift sony CRT? Something of that brand and size would be at extortionate price in the west now. Probably about $400+
Would you share the eagel file to 3d print this please? As well as the stickers?? I have the exact same crt.. it came from a nissan president! Do u have the pinout for the connectors at all by chance?
Awsome. I think give the size it might have been better to juat go with one player. Perhaps 2 children could play but I can't see anyone else playing whem my fat hands are on it😂
I have about four CPS2 boards that's been sitting in storage for well over a two years. I'm pretty sure the batteries have died by now and the suicide chip has done its thing. Thankfully, I do have a few Infinikeys around here somewhere...
I will open source this project, and the dubbing of the video may be delayed because of AI.

This is easily the coolest custom mini I’ve ever seen. Using a real CRT is the icing on the cake.

Thank you, can you understand the English translated by AI in the video? Ha ha
@@lcldiy6044 It did a pretty good translation. A few minor mistakes, but I was able to understand everything. I look forward to more cool projects!
@@lcldiy6044 I couldn't tell if it was you or AI English. :) The mistakes in it made is seem more authentic. Great Job with your mini arcade machine!
This came out fantastically, I especially admire how you did a lot of work on era-appropriate hardware and software. Much respect
You are an engineer, artist, and craftsman, sir! 💪
Such Professional work! Going all out with a CRT is impressive. Screw emulated scan lines lol

unbelievably cool, but with the CRT its un-F*$kN-Believable cool.
