I'm gathering all my stuff in order to get my suscription box business started... i've failed in many other small businesses but i've had this idea for a couple of years and i absolutely love it and i have a niche so i think this will do alright

I'm struggling to find any content on how to correlate subscribers, with receiving stock (following lead time) and logistics i.e. 3PL if you cannot get everything delivered to your house in rented accommodation... Hello, can you explain to me the difference between the box business and the traditional sales business (in dropshipping or in stock). What I mean is that I still have trouble understanding one point, the margin. When we trade in traditional we can calculate in advance the margin that we will earn by calculating the cost of purchasing the product and the cost of resale but there with the subscription system as I will buy different products every month but the selling price, of the subscription, is the same then the margin is going to be different? is not it? So you have to do a margin calculation every month when you go to sourcing? Is my question legitimate or am I wrong in my reasoning? thank you Cyril

Hello! You definitely can make good money from it if you scale your business and products right and have consistent subscribers but in the beginning it might take you a little bit to get there. I've learned if you do make an income from something else its good to budget a little bit of your money for your business. I do that for my website and to be able to pay for it monthly.
Yes. Its not too difficult of a process, well at least in California. You have to look under your state's requirements and see what the process is to get one.
