Mehrub has undescended testes. And took hormones to be more masculine. Which was not natural for her.

Intersex people also fall into the category of either male or female, no third gender/sex exist and Allah daid so he created 2 kinda sex genes xx female xy male and intersex with genital abnormality also male or female
