Yo Numb! Thanks for all the videos. Since watching you I have stolen a lot of the combos and things I see from you. I want to say my Hwoarang has gotten better and its funny to say this next part... I think my hwoarang has gotten better (as in I can beat my TGS friends and hold my own against higher rank players) but ive been really struggling in ranked though... like the people that just YOLO duck everything and throw out panic moves constantly mess me up. I'm really struggling to adapt to them in these short ranked sets. Hwoarang is a lot harder to win with than most will admit. I'm like hardstuck battleruler/fujin while going against other 250k+ prowess people. My gameplan works great against more patient players (typically higher rank ones) that let me run my gameplan and dont risk their lives every chance they get... but the people that just do whatever they want... I dont have a gameplan that is working well enough to consistently beat them in short ranked sets. I'd love to see some quick play one day of you just bodying some purple/blue ranks so I can see how your gameplan changes then haha.
Thank you for your kind words! I'm glad to hear that my videos have been helpful to you. In the purple/blue ranks, it's important to focus on your frame traps and flowcharts to overcome players who tend to mash buttons. I'll also make a video on how to handle these types of players.
I always hate a good law but they are a good way of me testing combos even if i lose, still i enjoyed this vid alot so thanks for the vid and cant wait so see more Numb!
Awesome matches, Numb. Been watching you a ton because Hwoarang is my main in this game and I have been getting alot better following your guides and studying how you play. I wanted to ask, what was the first track playing on this stage?
2:41 Bro decided to lock in after activating that Heat!

1:50 how do you switch from lff to rff so fast for the jfsr?
I didn't switch stance for the jfsr, I just did it in the normal stance (LFF)
I find it so hard to get jfsr on lff i never go for it jeez its tough man
It’s just practice. Constantly imagining your pressing 4 before the df but at the same time. It’s muscle memory
Id love to fight you one of these days, i used Law and Hwoarang as a duo in Tekken Tag 2 and have always mained them since
Sure let's play some time!
