yes i’ve seen an s13 that clean. it’s my interior that looks like that. i did the same shit you did in this one. i enjoy a fellow schassis guy that takes time and care into the practice. nice job. i can’t even recommend anything because you’re doing it so well and spot on, but maybe bigger door speakers? if you make that adapter bigger since you won’t have a sub. I use a 8inch rockville sub/amp combo. it’s perfect. very small and hides well. it’s 3 inches tall. as for Rca cables they run against rocker with factory wiring and back behind all panels, or down center under console and then under carpet to hide fully. i’ve done both ways in my cars
Thank you so much! Appreciate you taking the time to leave a comment, these kinds of comments motivate me more than you know! In case you haven't already found it, I created a playlist for the S13 build as well.
the level of detail is insane and thank god you care about your S13 that much most ppl hack them up and i spent years and so much money get my old one almost back to 100% as much as the chaser is amazing this makes me want to import a clean red 180
Thank you so much! I really pride myself on my attention to detail and just refuse to cut corners. And I’m in the middle of doing the same with my S14 in terms of getting it back to 100%, definitely learned to just buy a clean car from the start 😂
@@avengednick that’s good to hear cause we have to rescue these they are going to waste I have two myself and I’ll never go drifting unless I’m in a skid pad by myself
Hey do you happen to know where I can get those plastic pieces that clip the carpet to the sides. Or something similar to hold the carpet it’s literally the only thing I need. Great progress man!
I don’t unfortunately. I could be wrong, but I want to say I remember seeing that they’re were a part of the carpet and not a separate part number. They’re not overly complicated pieces, so I’d imagine you could find something that would function similarly as long as it fits under the door sill. Another option would be look for a cheap used carpet and pull them off that.
love the video man! I just have some constructive criticism for your audio, the volume difference between your commentary and B-roll music is definitely noticeable. it is different in some areas but the volume levels seem to be different all around but other than that I love your content and how you put these videos together!
Thank you and I appreciate the feedback! I’ve been testing out a new mic setup and for some reason audio levels were all over the place on the clips for this video. I leveled the audio to the best of my ability while editing but wasn’t very happy with the end result to be honest. I’ll work on getting it dialed in before the next video!
Wow I wish I wouldn’t have added that up just now… Haha but just over $900 for the Damplifier Pro deadening mat, luxury liner pro (sound blocking material), and Overkill Pro mat for the doors and rear quarters that I haven’t shown in a video yet. I ordered too much of the Luxury Liner Pro and ordered the damplifier pro three separate times, so had I just bought one of their larger kits from the start that would have saved me some money.
Original owner of my 1990 XE and I desperately want to bring this beauty back to life. Is there a way to reach out and see if you can help me restore my car?
That’s awesome you still have yours after all these years! I don’t personally have the bandwidth to take on another project, but I’d be happy to point you in the direction of people who can help. Do you use instagram? If so, you can send me a message @avengedmedia
Lol why? It will have an S14 SR20 DET and I would have swapped out the 180sx seats anyway. So the end result is damn near the same minus RHD and rear quarter glass, neither of which matter to me. If I wasn’t looking to build a car from the ground up, yeah a 180sx would make sense so there’s no need for an engine swap.
Simply stunning! I am drooling watching the care, love and detail of restoring even the smallest feature. 👏🏼
Thank you so much!
Wow, that interior is stunning! Your patience is going to produce A+ restoration. Keep up the good work.
Patience is key!
Oooft kicking of my morning in Australia with the new S13 upload 👌
Let’s go! Not a bad way to start the day if I do say so myself haha
Without a doubt, the cleanest S13 on TH-cam
Thanks my dude! Just wait until you see it with the rest of the interior in 😏

Hell yeah, I’m always glad to hear there’s more in this condition! And appreciate that, really doing everything I can to make it perfect.
Can't wait to see Brandon do a video on it 👀
Literally texted him last night after watching the RX7 video he did for TJ saying we need to film it this summer at the debut at Wekfest! Haha
Love seeing the progress. Great coverage dude!
Thanks man, appreciate you watching!
Definitely deserve more subs. Some of the best work Ive seen. Not cut corners. No amateur work. Gald to see these cars receive the work they deserve.
Thank you so much! I really pride myself on the quality of work I do, both on the car and in the content I put out. So that really means a lot!
Bro has the unlimited money glitch.
Great content!!
Haha just hard work and a little bit of bad financial decisions 😂 And thank you!
Just subbed. amazing quality of cars, video quality and editing. Cant wait to see whats next man!

Super clean, looks great, love the work you guys do! Wish u guys can work on my car 😅
Thank you, man, appreciate the kind words!
So good! I’m definitely going to do this to my s14 interior. I’m really interested in how it’s gunna drive with the sound denting
Thanks man! Definitely going to end up doing the same to my kouki when I get back to that project.
use a little socket or spacer then thread the nut back on the wheel and itll pull the wheel off lol
I’ll give that shot, thanks for the tip!
Looks awesome time to go sideways and wreck it like everyone else does haha jk awesome video 👍🏼
lol absolutely not, my soul couldn’t handle damaging this car. I’ve got a 350z to drift with
@@avengednick that’s good to hear cause we have to rescue these they are going to waste I have two myself and I’ll never go drifting unless I’m in a skid pad by myself
i know its been a while but do you remember how many sq ft of dampening material you needed?
hey man, sick video! is that the oem carpet or does it just have the oem look?
It's not the OEM carpet, it's a black carpet from stockinteriors.com

did you get mass backing/plush pile cut?
Yes, I did order it with the mass back and plush cut

Definitely watched his build series for inspiration haha
Such a shame it’s always just going to be a 240 and not a 180sx.
