i think EA should've given him 75 for amateur, 78 for semi pro, 81 for professional, 84 for world class, 87 for legendary and 90 for ultimate. skill moves should've been determined by in game skill moves upgrade.

he is a good youtuber but keep in mind: youtube pays his living 😂 he has to work hard!
Hardest working he isn't even in the top 20 he might put out daily content but the content is easy to make (highest possible, squad builder and former FIFA cards) are all simple things anybody could just record and put on TH-cam. I would say someone like zweback who puts FIFA content daily and his intros alone have more efforts alone in his videos than what Bateson makes.
