Also, as far as I know, you can actually buy players of other teams (sometimes even against their will). At least in E-sports, you can 'buy' players by buying their contract and sometimes when players wanna change teams, they are 'auditioned' and just have to hope their chosen team offers the most money for their contract :) it is inhuman and sometimes when the players aren't rich enough to end the contract and pay the fine, they get stuck with teams they don't like. Ot at least it's thst way in chinese webnovels, but I think it happens in the real world too. So buying babe from alan isn't impossible- tho babe is rich so he can just say f u and walk away. Still, it shows Tony's mentality of thinking of babe as an object pretty well

you guys have the same reaction as mine cuz yes whenever charlie appeared and showed his clingy side, i got so sus can't even fully enjoy cuz i thought it is fake lmao and yes i was so sympathy for way. But at the end of the day, Charlie became my fav ofc after babe.
It's funny to me that you guys are so distrustful of Charlie just because he's hiding something when I was actually immediately distrustful of Way. He's just too pushy towards Babe for me to feel comfortable. It's not like I've watched the series entirely yet, I'm on ep 3 lol, but my instincts are usually correct. I also knew immediately that Charlie was obviously hiding something, they didn't really try that hard to hide that from us?, but also knew that because they made it so obvious that meant whatever he's hiding isn't as bad as we think. Or might not be a negative at all. Might even be trying to help Babe in some way, anyways I'm giving Charlie the benefit of the doubt over here. I'll just wait and see if I'm right 😅
