  • This dish is vegetarian dish and can add salted fish as well. Some people add boiled eggs. It’s healthy, delicious and easy to make.
    Ingredients:
    1.5 cup Red lentils
    1 chayote
    2 potatoes
    1 Korean radish
    1 eggplant (about 8 to 10 in)
    1 carrot (about 6 in)
    Some long chilies
    Some long beans
    Some okra
    Some tomatoes
    Spices:
    1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
    1 tsp gram masala
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    1 tbsp paprika
    1 to 2 cups Curry leaves
    Salt - as needed
    Tamarind paste- as needed
    Water as needed
