I think a garage band stuff pack would be wonderful. Could come with garage clutter, but also functional items like tools, lawnmowers, and new instruments
I think lawn care would be great for like a Garage Pack. At least the garage could be functional for that for sure or a shed. And the band set for the teens or adults getting into a music career rather than just as the Entertainment Career. Be listed under Freelancer for those who want to be a private performer. We do have guitars and mics, why not right??

A Parisian world would be nice. So far it's been rustic rustic and more rustic with Highschool years and the horse ranch one. A bit of elegance could suit the game nicely. Chateau items would be really cool too as we don't have a world that is like that now.
