We also have to take into account that at the end of the show, in the last scene that showed Reed, we could also see Maria, the nanny, sitting on the couch behind her. So, maybe another Black Dove to look out for???
You’re a hero!! I’ve been wondering who the lady was I didn’t realise it was the nanny. I think you’re the first person to realise! Nobody mentioned it on TH-cam
I love this pair, they were already two of my all time comfort actors and the put them together with amazing chemistry in a spy show, amazing. At Christmas ❤ Better yet season two coming! Woop!
Didn’t Wallace warn Yarrick at Jason’s funeral? In which case that information could not have led to Yarrick alerting Clarks and then Jason, Maggie and Phillip being killed, isn’t?
So, perhaps Helen, aka Daisy, actually killed her stepfather, and her sister is doing the time for it *? Also, if anyone reading this can help me with what the Zippo lighter significance was at the end when Helen lit the dessert. 🤔
Isn’t that her mother’s lighter that’s special to her? She went back for it at the hotel in her first mission. Jason kept it safe until his death. She got it back and was just a nice full circle moment
Just finished watching the show. I think it has some interesting characters and great character chemistry. The comic relief was also a pleasant surprise for me, as I was expecting a spy thriller with a much grimmer tone. However, I do think the titular organization, Black Doves, needs more fleshing out, which is all the more reason to hope for a second season or more.
Some of the scenes i didnt saw in the netflix series which are included in the above explained video someone can explain why some scene arent included in the netflix series ?? i am soo curious to know or is there anyother streaming channel where i can watch the uncutted series ?!!
Wallace seems kinda clueless for a defense minister about to be prime minister that he apparently has no suspicions that his loving wife spends 80% of her day engaged in ultra-violent urban warfare and when she comes home and says she was just out shopping or whatever and he is fine with all those explanations.
Attempted intimidation against Helen. Yarrick was compromised because his cover was blown so he was going to be killed anyways, but the torture was for Helen
Why are British politicians so weak in this show? They are in power but not in control. They're like hostage in their own country and act like puppets. American and Chinese govt command more power here. 😅 I wonder if this reflects the real government.
… after ten minutes? Jesus H. Roosevelt Christ man. i say this as someone who sometimes has trouble keeping up with plot, especially in mysteries or spy thrillers - everything becomes clear. by the end of episode one, i got the gist of the story. it’s a really fucking good show and by the time episodes 2-3 rolled around i had no trouble following the show at all. it’s fine if you feel lost at the beginning - you’re supposed to. the show is so good that it is worth at least finishing episode 1 and then reevaluating. the show isn’t rocket science - the average person with average brainpower should be able to follow this show. it is far from avant-garde. it’s populist television made for broad audiences. they’re not going to spoon feed you because that’s a disservice to you and to the audience at large. you’re not dumb and no good show would treat you that way. i was lost at the beginning too but only briefly. i swear it’s worth it. this isn’t even a genre i typically enjoy. but the story gets so good and the characters become so compelling that i got hooked in a way i haven’t been hooked on a show in years. it deserves more than ten minutes. it really does. and if you get through it, i promise you won’t regret it. OH! there are also lots of good breakdown videos you can watch. i watched one after Ep 1 and after that i was able to watch the rest of the series with little to no issues.
If you want to know what’s going on in just the first ten minutes of a mystery, it’s probably not the genre for you. Or perhaps you could try Blue’s Clues!
Wait what? That is the single most common thing in storytelling: not knowing what is going on. You're supposed to not know so you want to know so you keep watching till everything is revealed. How do you get through ANY story?

Thank you!!! I was trying to figure out who that was!
I was wondering who she was surely all the black doves should know each other?
Unless Reed is getting her to spy on Helen?
Omg just realized that!! Amazing. Good eye.
It's funny that none of the "ending explained" videos seem to mention that scene.
You’re a hero!! I’ve been wondering who the lady was I didn’t realise it was the nanny. I think you’re the first person to realise! Nobody mentioned it on TH-cam
.. Alternatively, call it 'Death Actually'.
Lol. I was hoping for the Christmas choir in the church w Helen & Reed to stand up and sing 🎵 Love Love Love.🎵 😊
The Nanny could be Reed's daughter??
Helen is often on tv with her husband. The jewelry store owner, it not dead, would ID her.
'Is Elmore Fitch still in that shed?' Loved that!
An ex SAS guy taken out like that no way 😂

love black doves and love ben whishaw
Amazing show powerful acting Keira and the Ending was very realistic and good warm feeling all well that ends well!!!

This show was so good.. best part only 6 parts… will wait for season 2…
This show is good. well done.

@crml9879 Ah, that's right. Thank you! I had forgotten that. 👍😊
I just loved this show! Thats it! Bring on the new season!!!

i just watch it OMG what a ride i want more
What was the thing Helen put on the hand of the jeweller to make him
? Pass out/die.
Its good as hell
STILL don't understand why the police chief was tortured and killed
Attempted intimidation against Helen. Yarrick was compromised because his cover was blown so he was going to be killed anyways, but the torture was for Helen
That’s because of Helen.
I have to admit boredom when the American's got involved. The series seemed to devolve into chaos.
Cool

Love the actors but too many moving parts..
1st 10 minutes. No clue what’s going on. I’m out.

Your probably correct 😊
This series is sexist. Its so in your face it gets annoying. Stopped watching it after 1 episode.
