Ap itne medical treatments karwate ho itne medical issues ke liye, ap ko kisi doctor ne btaya nahi ke apni coffee intake kam karien. Bhut ziada caffeine sehat ke liye achi nahi hoti. One cup is understandable per day but ap ko poora din coffee peete rehte

It is definitely difficult to take care of 4 pets ..parents/in laws ...husband who is just recovering...we as audience cannot expect entertainment from one particular channel everyday....yes we check vlogs for some fun/entertainment/learning however if we dont like something for some reason we should give it a break for few days and see something else...we should not judge.... certainly we can write what we feel ... however one should not judge and say things abruptly...we can definitely put it in a better manner...better words...anyways she as in Sambhavna mam is an awesome person ....she manages all her relations so well....love and positive vibes to you mam and your family❤
This vlog is very informative. Many years back when I was in India I saw your old video about kidney and liver cleansing. We both husband and wife did and found it very helpful. She is not lying, she was introduced to this procedure by actress Kunika Lal. Many years back, I had seen the show.
I did follow the liver cleanse and it did help me.
Secondly, why she didn't get healed. She had to go through so many things emotionally, physically. And, that consumes a person.

@@M.S.Singh. yes cause I had NAFLD😬😬 but I went to panchkarma n naturapthy 10dats detox since 2022. However our food has additions additives,colours, preservatives and pesticides which liver can't handle. My ayurvedic doc said fasting is the quickest way to detox.
I wrote above comment because even if one drinks for short periods the damage is done which comes up later on in life. My friend had. She was occasional drinker for 10years nothing happened. After she stopped alcohol for 5years completely that's when she was detected by fatty liver. We don't knows Sams initial years. How was her food and life style.Her father looked fit and mother had probably high BP. Her complaints are autoimmune mainly. Or too much Vaat
