I considered buying a bar...just a regular bar without ladies, in Manila's Malate district. It had been (and still is) going strong some 20 years later. I wasn't motivated enough to invest money in what might just not work out--though the appeal was very strong to do it. Owning a bar is like owning a sailboat--which I've also done--happiest days are the day you buy and the day you sell it. Probably with a bar, too. Cheers!
You may have covered this in another video- but what is the start up cost and monthly costs to buy and run a bar in the boxing ring area of Chiang Mai?
I have gone over it but I will make a video next week all about buying a bar in Thailand.

The last thing I want to see, as a Canadian, is another Canadian when I go to Thailand. I will literally go to a different bar just to get away from you. I want to see Thai staff and owners and eat Thai food.
Interesting videos Nolan. Answers a lot of my questions. I look forward to having a drink over there.
Thumbs up 👍 NolanJax
Always interesting, mate !
Nice presentation!
Thanks. I appreciate it.

Interesting video, thanks! With all that knowledge you have accumulated, are you going to open a new bar in chiang mai?
I am thinking about it. But it has to be the right opportunity. I saw a place on that lake I was on today that could be really cool.
