    생협에 파는 그냥 쌀가루를 이용해도 상관이 없나요?
    그리고 드라이이스트 말고 베이킹파우더를 꼭 사용해야하는 이유가 있을까요? 집에 없어서요 ㅠㅠ

    발효그런거 없이도 되는군요
    오븐 데울때 뚜껑은 구멍아예없는걸로
    다 막아야 하나요?

    베이킹파우더를 믹서기에 같이 갈아서 하면 안되나요?

      베이킹파우더를 넣고 오래두면 거품이 사라져서 부풀지 않을수도 있다고 해서 그런건데요 빨리 갈아서 얼른 넣어주시면 괜찮을거같아요

    원래 레시피는 이스트가 의미없이 떡이 되던데 즙파우더 조합은 괜찮을까요

      해보진 않았지만 가능할거같긴한데 그릇이 열을 어느정도까지 견딜수 있을지는 잘 모르겠습니다^^;

      일반 빵보다 살짝 쫀득쫀득하고 맛은 좀 싱거운느낌일수 있는데 소금을 원하면 더 넣으셔도되요~

      베이킹파우더는 마지막에 빠르게 휘젓고 바로 구워야해서 그렇게 하시면 제대로 안될수도 있을것같습니다~
