Tips
-smile, look like you’re having fun
-if you mess up, keeping going, don’t stop
-be patient with yourself when you’re learning the tryout material
-be loud
-go to TH-cam and look up basic cheer motions, and practice doing those.
-work on cheer jumps. Especially toe touch. That is one of the most common jumps in cheer
-and honestly just try your best
There isn’t much to it, I remember when I first ever started cheer. I tried out for my 7th grade year and I had absolutely no rhythm and was very stiff, but I made the team and ever since then I’ve continued to cheer, and now I cheer in high school., Best of luck to you 🫶🏾
