Picked up my first car the other day. A MK 6 DSG big plans for it! Gonna go Uni intake 42DD turbo back and Cobb tuning.. then an is38 one day. Soo happy that there are enthusiasts for this platform
I’m not an expert in GTI’s (I have an R but cats are same principle with all cars) but I’m pretty sure Stratified makes these tunes cat friendly. I would assume however, that it would be smarter to just gut the cats cause it can’t be good for it

No is38 for the mk6 unfortunately, the equivalent is the k04 and makes way less power. If you want is38 power on a mk6 you'd have to go big turbo

Is yours an auto or manual. Do you have a trans tune. And how much power would you say a flash adds. Like more noticeable than a ots?
Auto, no trans tune and you notice the added horsepower a lot. But the biggest difference is the torque.
