    Little Tip on Jamie's Hashbrown:
Keep the liquid you squeezed out of your potatoes and let it sit for 5-10 Minutes. The Potato Starch will set at the bottom. Discard the water carefully and add the starch back to the grated potatoes. This will make them crispier and they will hold their shape better.

This is like making a bald joke about someone who isn't bald. He thought the bottle was paid for, not 30p per randomly sized spoonful. No math errors involved. So to anyone who actually watched that episode, it just seems you want to twist the facts to blatantly force what you think is a "good" or "funny" joke, but it just comes off as a bit delusional and desperate to seem funny. Really what I want to say is: The "joke" goes so far out of it's way to FORCE it to try to be funny that it's actually annoying.

    Pass it on: Drunk edition
Each member of the team takes 1 shot every 5 minutes until the end of their turn. (So each person will take one shot at the beginning of their time, and one halfway through. The others will also take shots until it's their time to cook.) The first person in the relay will therefore be sober, the last person will definitely not be...
    (Order: reverse alphabetical by first-name)
Clarification: little 25ml English shots, not big ol American ones.

I really liked this one, it really highlights kind of the whole point of this channel. Where its not ALWAYS about what ingredients come from but how you use them or what basic chef skills you could learn to elevate even the simplest of dishes.
James, for 2 pound 50 managing to get four plates is incredible, and really shows that doing simple things well can really push a plate above and beyond and really stretch that dollar as far as it can go which is great for anyone having to cook all the time with a budget in mind.
I really hope they do more battles against the chefs like this in the future or with similar twists because it really highlights important things like learning certain techniques, knowing what you can do with different foods and also where its ok to spend a little extra on the quality of ingredients and where there really is no need.

Historically, it's actually the opposite. Just check their Ultimate Battles' playlist. They were always biased towards Jamie in battles even when his dishes were the simplest, most average, or least creative. I don't remember in which videos the guys reference this or talk about it openly, but Mike and Barry used to always get pissed because Jamie always did the worst (in terms of food/idea and behaviour during battles) but won because Ben was easily impressed by him, 'sometimes simply for finishing his dish' 😂
PS. I thought Mike elevated himself into the 'cheffiest' of the normals during the quarantine videos and in the chef vs normal battles. Just my opinion.
