Congress of Vienna in 1815 may be oldest recorded document as per modern law.
But in actual practice our Indian traditional ruling practices are the example of diplomatic immunity wherein #दूत or #राजदूत used to enjoy this protection and immunity.
Sir! this is my humble request that please, if you can, add the points of law from our Indian Jurisprudence, wherever available.

Sir, I got a problem in the QP of IV sem Public International Law, the question is :
The king of State "A" during his stay in State "B" promised to marry "Miss.M", subsequently the promise was not fulfilled. "Miss.M" files a case in state "B" for breach of promise. Decide?
1) Can this be considered under "Rule of Law" or "Immunity to diplomats"?
2) Can a king be considered as diplomat?
3) Subject lecture told me to refer to "Nawab Vs State of Johar" but I'm not satisfied with the search results.
4) Can "extra territorial jurisdiction", as described under IPC Sec.4 applies to International Law also?
