Even the guest user must have microsoft account. I tried gmail and it sent only an invite and you must still use a microsoft account to login and use the power app. Thanks for the info.

Thanks, Dhruvin, that if guests have power apps license in their own tenant, we don't need to assign license to them ?

For additing the external user in AD, does it need to buy license?

    Hi there,
I'm sharing my application with an external user. But that user does not have an outlook 365 account. And I'm getting error "REST API is not yet supported for this mailbox"
    Could you help me please.

Can you assign a per-app power app license instead? will this handle external users? We have an app that only allows temporary access to a revolving door of users.. and to manually add and remove licenses for each user would be tedious.. and the number could be from 0-50+ users at any given time.

Hi Dhruvin, i have no problem sharing my app with my guest. They are able to open and use it on their desktop. There just doesn't seem to be a way for them to open the app in Powerapps on their mobile device. Do you have any suggestions?

The key problem with guests is knowing if they have a license. We have thousands of guests. Most of which obviously dont have licenses. Yet is it realistic to pay for full licenses just for a guest to use a powerapp
When all they would officially need is a Powerapps and SharePoint license. I have complained to Microsoft before as this model is not manageable, scalable or sustainable.
    Just thoughts on it.
Maybe for the odd guest but nothing

How can I share an app with everyone in an external organization? Do I have to add every user of that external organization to my tenant as guests? Or there is an easier way?

Hi Jesus, i think you would need to turn on B2B external collaboration to achieve this. I looked into this for the shared channels in Teams and decided not to use it since both parties have full access to eachothers AAD. Not sure, but it might help you.
