Wide open borders means that any of them can just jump a ferry and return here to the uk…
Im guessing, But who can stop them, they’ve been here once already without a shred of paperwork or passports etc, How can either the Irish or British government Stop the movement of these people. All the borders are wide open, who is there to sift through Who is Who ? Etc… must admit I don’t know how these stateless people are moving around the

As a result of Brexit and the UK's withdrawal from the EU, the UK will no longer be able to return asylum seekers to other EU countries under the EU's Dublin Regulation. The Dublin Regulation is a set of rules that determine which EU member state is responsible for examining an asylum application. It allows for the transfer of asylum seekers between EU countries to have their asylum claims processed in the country responsible for their application.
With the UK no longer part of the EU and the Dublin Regulation, it has lost the ability to return asylum seekers to other EU countries. This could have implications for the UK's asylum system, as it may result in an increased burden on the UK to process asylum applications itself without the possibility of transferring them to other EU countries.

I do know the law! The U.K. in no longer a signatory of the Dublin convention, and asylum seekers are not obligated to claim asylum in the first safe country. It’s nothing to do with “registration”
This is the issue; if asylum seekers don’t fancy claiming in Italy, Belgium, Germany, France or the U.K., there’s nothing to stop them from waiting and then claiming asylum in the Republic of Ireland 🇮🇪 Ireland did its very best to try to derail Brexit and Ireland insisted on an open border with NI. Enjoy! 😁🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧👍🏻

Many developed countries are dealing with the issue of asylum seekers. There are no easy answers. I live in Tucson, Arizona, which shares a border with Mexico. Some days, we get 7000 immigrants in a day from all over the world. Last December alone, three hundred thousand migrants were apprehended at our southern border. This has created a lot of problems. The shelters are full to capacity. At the end of the day, these are human beings who are trying to better themselves and take care of their families, and as such, should be treated with dignity and respect.
