    The beauty about this video is how you simplified it and combined the ideas of high/low pressure movement with surface wind belts. Everyone needs to see this to give a basic understanding. It just makes so much sense and the pace of the video,simple drawings made it pleasantly thanks

    The pace is perfect. The illustrations make the concepts clear. I was able to make the connections before the explanation in the difference in why the equatorial air rises (convection) as opposed to air rising by convergence. Thank God for you

    I better understand the wind direction deflection in by thinking about the earth's rotation speed. The surface speed is fastest at the equator, dropping to zero at the poles. So air heading towards the equator encounters faster and faster earth surface speed, so the wind heads east. Same thing for the prevailing westerlies: The air heading in the direction of the poles has a faster west-to-east velocity component than the surface speed to travels across, so it that air is moving faster from west-to-east than the surface. Good video.

    at 18:59, your trade wind blows from north east, and riding on it, you get to be blown to and stuck on the equator, i cant understand this explaination as to how it can be called easterly

    also only the two currents at the equator are called hadley cells, and the poles are the polar cells and the ones at 30-60 deg. are ferrel cells
