Ok I'm going to explain the rule a little bit, yes you were not allowed to open the train door but as far I remember is only while the train is moving, if the train stop and the Train staff was present you can just ask them and if they say it's fine, then it is fine. In his video I saw the Train staff there beside him watching him and the door, also the train is not moving. He is not breaking any rules here.
