100 grams dark chocolate
75 hot milk
150 grams of salted butter
120 grams of sugar
3 eggs
120 grams of all-purpose flour
30 cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder.
100 grams of milk chocolate and 20 grams of butter (complementary)
