Ingredients -
Serving - 4-5 Person
250 grams or 2 Cup Homemade Wheat Flour Seviya/Vermicelli
4 Cup or 1 litre Water
3 tbsp + 1 tsp Ghee
¼ Cup Chopped Dryfruits (Almonds, Pistachio, Cashews, Chironji, Raisins)
1 Cup or 250 grams Sugar
½ tsp Cardamom Nutmeg Powder
As required Poppy Seeds & Almond Slivers (For Garnishing)
Serve it as Mithai/Dessert

બહુ જ સરસ બીરંજ બની છે નિગમ ભાઈ 👌 મેં બજાર માંથી જે વર્મીસેલી સેવ મળે છે તેની બનાવી હતી, પરંતુ તેમાં ઘણું પાણી ણી ઉમેર્યું છતાં તે છૂટી છૂટી જ રહી તો તેના માટે કોઈ ઉપાય બતાવો તો સારું 🙏

બહાર સેવ મળે છે તે જૂના ઘઉંમાંથી બનાવેલી હોય છે એટલે પાણી તેમાં વધુ પ્રમાણમાં શોષાય છે, મલાઈવાળા દૂધથી બનાવશો તો વધુ સારી બનશે
