This is so crazy. I am not sure if it is because of other factors, placebo etc., but since I listen to your 528 Hz, 432 Hz and more frequencies I can sleep through und deep. For WEEKS and MONTHS I always got up atleast twice a night and had a hard time to fall asleep. Now I need 10minutes, boom sleeping 8-9h through and feeling awesome. Thank you!
