Really helpful and easy to follow guide! Planning for a trip next year. You mentioned bring enough snacks. How many of your own snacks did you eat per day?

Thank you 🙏 I packed way too many snacks 😂 You technically don’t need to because they will give you some but if you have some bars or snacks you like, you can take them.

This video is great; I’m having a hard time with the layers; am I supposed to just buy bigger sizes to be able to wear 4-6 layers???

I personally opted for a larger size for my outer layers.I went one size up with my shell/rain jacket and my fleece jacket and it worked pretty well.
