Ian Buchanan's tackling of this issue in the book behind puppet Deleuze is an absolutely recommended read.

i love the ending hahaha, who is responsable, who is response-able. Thanks for clearing my mind about the differences on the concepts of assamblage in Deleuze and Guattari and in Sciencie, Technology and Society studies :P. Best content ever

i still don't grasp the difference. Is it critiquing the notion of agency as a conscious act or assamblage as a determinate set of objects instead of a multiplicity? I don't understand which notion belongs to which authors or if they are opposed completely.

The discussion of "agency" is pretty much tied to authors such as Latour, whereas in Deleuze and Guattari "agencement", or assemblage, does not explicitly address this issue. D&G's assemblage is really about "agencer," i.e. arranging, laying out, etc.

Answer is in the question: you clearly establish you're comparing apples and oranges but then try anyway. Interview asks how they are related, D says I dunno then clarifies the content which is about form lol

I dislike French people who use pretentious words, but I dislike English speakers who misuse other languages even more. So here is my like; so thanks for solving both problems in the explanation.
