I love Disneyland Paris I’ve been twice. Best thing ever was watching my kids faces light up. My son’s favourite was the haunted house & my daughter loved the runaway train
The best tip we ever got when we went to florida was to get to the theme parks as they open then take the monorail to the furthest part of the park. So you are basically working your way back towards the entrance. That way you avoid the queues 😉😁👌
You’re right , I tell ya someone should take a fit bit thing with them and count the steps , we couldn’t get around mgm studios in one day we had to do front first then another day do the back of park , same with universal studios , you must walk over 10 miles a day walking around a park in florida , you need a two week break when you come back
The problem is, especially with magic kingdom, your at the front for rope drop, and once it goes, people run and dash to the more popular rides, so right away your competing with them, if your fast then your goole, but the ques are pretty big the whole day. Unless you get genie plus and pay the LL, your waiting for a long time. Another tip is, instead of watching the fireworks, then the rides aren't as busy. Now I've never done this as don't stay in magic kingdom long enough till the end, but it'd the only time when everyone leave the rides to watch the fireworks
As a kid we would go every summer to Disney Paris ( because my mom’s French and we lived in Paris at the time) oh I miss those days mom still goes on girls trips with her friends it’s so sweet ❤
My brownie pack went to Disney Paris in 2001 but I was too young, now I'm grownup without kids, I have more pressing things to spend my money on, but it's wonderful to see what it's like, thank you for showing us around
Top vlog Tim, went years ago so enjoyed the memories, looking forward to your Florida vlogs ! There is a line on the Simpsons Ride in Universal at the beginning when Marge thinks she’s going to get run over on a rollercoaster, Homer says “They’ll never kill you in a theme park while you still have a dollar in your pocket”… how true.
Nice video thank you! Disneyland Paris is my home park and I’ve been visiting it since the 90s. Before covid, queues were much much lighter and during weekdays outside of school holidays, everything was 5-10min max. Since the reopening after covid + the 30th anniversary and Avengers Campus opening, I’ve never seen so many people there and as a annual passholder I rarely visit because I know my favorite rides will be at least an hour wait… it’s a shame as I believe the Disneyland park itself is incredibly beautiful and the maintenance quality has improved since Disney are back in control. I hope the crowds will fade after the anniversary!
Im Korean and when I was there in 2016 for two days, it was fully empty and every rides were just stopped and waiting for guests lol. But last month when I got there again, the park was waaaay to busy xD but still, both park were rapidly got empty in the night xD and I really enjoyed 30th Anniversary too!
I was there just before my son got surgery on his hips a very good friend and partner brought us there who is not with us anymore due to pancreatic cancer thanks for the memories ✨
I loved Disneyland and Disney World when my kids were small. If only you took Casper on “It’s a Small World.” He would have loved that. Best ride in Disney for kids and kids at heart.
Disneyland in Cali is The Happiest Place on Earth and Disney World is The Most Magical Place on Earth. Disneyland Paris doesn’t have a tagline. Loving the Blackpool videos Tim!
@@WalkWithMeTim I'm from Blackpool and you gave us some Inspo to have a walk around today. Bonney Markets have started being knocked down. You'd like to see the Retro Burger Van now 🤣
Oh Tim ye of little faith Excalibur does come up from the stone but only occasionally for very special magic people , my OH was one such person and he was thrilled. How great to see people who aren’t Disney buffs enjoying DLP , it brings back the magic , thank you .
Fab disneyland vlog, loved the cars ride, and special effects all around the rudes etc. You enjoyed it by the looks of it, thanks guys till Sunday bye for now,x
I've been lucky to visit Disneyland Paris 3 times. I went when it first opened in 1992. I'm glad I went when I was younger, couldn't deal with those queue times...or the prices..now ! I went once in early December in the week & it was much quieter..top tip!
Hi, Tim. Just wanted to thank you so much for your channel. Recently I lost my dog and work has not been going well. I have been spending my time watching all of you content and it just gives me a break from everything. I literally feel like I am travelling with you. I don't think you understand the comfort your channel has provided at this time. What you do makes a difference and when I am financially able too, I will join the members and Patreon as a thank you 🙏🏼
Great vid Tim and very interesting to see. Now I know not to bother with waiting times that long and worse in summer season. Nice to hear Gabby’s thoughts too.
As an idea for you, I'd be interested in seeing some of the "shopping malls" round the country see how they hold up today since some are several decades old now. Trafford Centre springs to mind as still being very popular. I'm sure theres many that are near on ghost towns once the big stores leave them
Beautiful theming. I do think the old classic Disney Characters are dying off a bit for more modern characters like Buzz light year etc but he’s getting on a bit, he will be in a care home soon lol.
Having been to World many times in Florida, and Land in Anaheim, thanks for this vid. I think this vid has dissuaded us from wanting to see this version. Almost doesn't look like Disney at all....very unusual!
Surprising how long the queues were for what should be the quietest time of the year. I did wonder if Casper would take it in at his age but from his happy face, he definitely did. Another excellent video.
I worked there for 7years at the opening and a lot has changed. A lot of us meet up on every 5th anniversary, was there last year for the 30th reunion in April and went back in September for my birthday, nice and quiet since kids were back at school
They didn't really "pull down" the California tower of terror, the ride's still there, it's just dressed as a Guardians of the Galaxy ride now. You still go up and get dropped down a big tower, and are terrified. At least I was.
I’m just watching this now, and having a laugh. I thought everyone knew about the Haunted Mansion, and Pirates of the Caribbean. I was born, raised, and still live in Southern California, and I think I take Disneyland for granted. It was so cute to see those rides from people who had no idea what they were, and their wonderment. ❤
What a brilliant vlog thank you both for showing us around Disneyland Paris my stepdaughter and her friends are going on Monday She has watched it and said thanks for the tips
Wow, it's really changed since I went in the 90s on a works jolly! A lot more has been added, and I particularly liked the spooky, and night themed rides. I'm not a Disney person but I was impressed at the level of detail in some areas. Queue times, and food prices are always over the top - thanks for highlighting that. Great review!
Thank you for taking us here! It's what I imagined to be honest and it's still not grabbing me. I love Disney films, especially the old ones, but I think I'll leave the Disney experience to the magic of the cinema. I just see a lot of traipsing, a lot of paying and a lot of queueing!
They extended the 30th Anniversary due to popular demand. The only difference is the 2023 version of the 30th is called the "Grand Finale" with more entertainment surprises including the return of Disney Dreams, Avengers: Power the Night drone show at Studios, and Pixar: We Belong Together musical at Studios and more merchandises to come.

The ‘stretching room’ on Haunted Mansion (Phantom Manor in Paris) was originally in LA a way to hide a lift, to get the rider to the lower loading bay which was below the building. In Orlando and Pthe room is not a lift, you are not going down, but the roof is stretching up, to give the same effect, as the show building is on the same level. In Paris it’s a lift again (which is why the Manor is in an elevated position) as again the loading bay is underneath.
Thanks for sharing Tim! Boy are you taking me back! Blackpool that ride where go through restaurant called Goldmine. Some of the figures used to move. Bless your son taking in the sights, Must be overwhelming all of it. Very expensive all of it when you add things up and the queuing times. At least Gabby is set up for the weather conditions 😘👍🏻
Loving your channel so much I just had to subscribe! Me and my friend recently went to DLP this past October for 3 nights and 4 days and it was absolutely perfect. Even treated ourselves to the Premier access passes they have and it was worth the extra £100 jumping the queues and we made it onto every ride. I'm going to pretend I'm 50 again lol 😊😊. Really enjoyed the vlog Thanks for sharing this with us . Love to you all as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
Cool video, Disney Paris castle is sleeping beauty and I believe there is a Dragon down below and at Disney California Adventure they changed Tower of Terror to Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Outbreak which changed before they made Avengers Campus, it still is the same type of ride

I'm so excited I've wanted to go all my life . I was supposed to be going in 2020 for my 50th birthday but Covid ruined that. So now I'm going 3 years later . I'm going to pretend I'm 50 again lol 😊😊. Really enjoyed the vlog Thanks for sharing this with us . Love to you all as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
thanks Tracey
Cool video, Disney Paris castle is sleeping beauty and I believe there is a Dragon down below and at Disney California Adventure they changed Tower of Terror to Guardians of the Galaxy Mission Outbreak which changed before they made Avengers Campus, it still is the same type of ride
