    Don’t tell me asu starting to be like all the swac schools and tune they snares down. That’s what made them different in my opinion.

      SWAC has been noted for music, instruments playing sound not can beaters. I played Trumpet and love the drums when they are apart of the music, making the transition from the buildup to the passage climax. I am not a fan of beating them to hear cadences and trick stick moves although I realize that’s the times we live in

      @@jam0to9 like you said you played trumpet. I did as well but spent my marching season on percussion. Swac drummers add more stick tricks and visuals in songs more than of place like when I marched at which was Norfolk state. Clearly you know nothing of tuning of percussion instruments. ASU has always had good tuning to go with great beats. They to me are the best in the swac my opinion only. However that low tuning of the drums to me seems to mask cleanliness. Back in the day they once had at least 15 snares with crisp sound drums and the snares were clean.
